Returns & Exchange
- Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items which are visibly damaged or used in any way are not eligible for exchange.
- Items can be exchanged for another size of the same product (owing to availability) or a different product having a value equal to or more than the exchanged product.
- Items cannot be exchanged for cash, however, they can be converted in to store credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you If your Exchange request is approved, and your exchange will be processed as per request.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Infuze holds the right to refuse exchange/return/repair if the required criteria is not met, after careful assessment.
- For exchanged items standard shipping rules apply.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for another product or store credit. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size of the same product owing to availability.
